Finance & Support Coordinator

APPRL is a fast-growing technology company with offices in Stockholm, London and São Paulo, on a mission to reinvent digital marketing by enabling brands like H&M, Harvey Nichols and Ellos to track and optimise their influencer activities based or ROI through our software and services.

Now, we’re recruiting a Finance & Support Coordinator to support our internal teams and financial management with a broad range of tasks. We are on a journey of international expansion as well as driving innovation in an industry, which means that we are not a static company with all processes in place - on the other hand processes and solutions might need to be invented as we go, and we're looking for a person who is comfortable in creating order in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Example Responsibilities

  • Financial: Responsibilities such as preparing client invoices, influencer payouts, matching payments and data between different systems, finding invoices in different systems, handling team expenses, reporting and more (we have an accounting agency that you can always ask for support when needed)
  • Internal admin & legal: Admin tasks related to legal, creating agreements from templates, employee options, reporting etc.
  • Client & Influencer Support: Handling and coordinating support tickets from our users, coordinating with product & tech and commercial teams 
  • External service providers & vendors: Coordinate with external companies such as mobile phone operator, insurance company to manage mobile subscriptions, buying computers etc. 
  • Other: internal tasks such as updating our digital channels or whatever random tasks that come up basically :)

 

We believe you...

  • Have about 1-2 years experience from a similar position
  • Have an interest in and/or experience from media, marketing or technology
  • Are passionate about working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Love helping clients 
  • Have attention to detail and is obsessed with keeping things well-organised
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English
  • Have the ability to work independently and is a person that naturally takes ownership and responsibility  
  • Have a strong desire to achieve goals in a changing and challenging environment
