Student Co-worker, Ikano bank Malmö

Join our Nordic Customer Service Center in Malmö/Hyllie and help us to reach our mission to exceed our customers’ expectations. This is a great opportunity to gain working experience from the finance and banking industry. You will start with a 3 weeks training in May/June, (the training will be during daytime Monday - Friday 8-17).

Your primary responsibility is to communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You contribute actively to drive the business forward from the experience the customer interface gives you. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms.

When our customers need to make use of our services you:

• Make initial credit recommendations and credit assessments based on the credit scoring made by our credit system.
• Conduct initial investigation to "Know Your Customer" to avoid fraud and anti-money laundering.
• Inform the customer about the pre-approval of their application and which documentation is needed, before a final evaluation of the application can be made.
• Review the debt agreement and/or documentation and check that all requested documentation is provided and that the debt agreement is signed the right way.
• Evaluate the application and inform the customer about the rejection or approval of their application.
• Activate the customer's account and fulfil the agreement if the application is approved and initiate payment in the customer system

We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances.

• You are studying finance and have at least 1 year of studies left before you graduate.
• You are available for 3 weeks fulltime training during May and to work fulltime during the summer.
• You are available to work about 6-8 hours/week, mostly weekends and evenings after the summer.
• Fluent in the Swedish language, both written and spoken is required
